"The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you."
As a life long explorer, I have witnessed the marvel of a young mind absorbing a new idea, grasping a new concept or solving a problem. That moment of sudden illumination is almost miraculous to see. It is these moments that create pilots, soldiers, sailors, inventors, scientists, artists, writers, leaders, social reformers and above all a humble human being. Air Force School Jamnagar has been turning out such winners since 1967. The alumni of the school have been successful in diverse fields all over the world and I have no doubt that the list will grow longer and more illustrious in the years to come.

Teachers of the school strive to create a balanced and fine blend of academics, sports, extra-curricular activities, personality building, life skills, creativity, analytical thinking and more. All along, they inculcate the finest human and social values in students, teaching them not just right from wrong, but also how to stay on the path of virtue and integrity. They teach the importance of compassion, inclusion and generosity, helping them to understand their duties and responsibilities as a citizen.

The mission of the school is to impart value based education to students from diverse backgrounds to serve a meritocratic India; inspire them to be just and ethical citizens; train them to be wise and principled leaders; and prepare them to cherish the journey called life.
The teaching faculty with apt qualification, experience and commitment play a versatile role of a friend, philosopher and guide for them. For them, teaching is not a job, but a calling, in which they grow and evolve to become better every day.

As the chairman of this institution, I look forward for a whole hearted cooperation from teachers and parents in making students realise their dreams and would expect nothing less than 100% participation from students in doing so.
